Lokasi Investasi Favorit di Indonesia / Favorite Investment Locations in Indonesia



BncNews - Realisasi investasi pada kuartal I-2014 sudah mencapai Rp106,6 triliun. Investasi berupa penanaman modal asing (PMA) dan penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN) tersebut tersebar di sejumlah daerah di seluruh Indonesia.

Lantas, di manakah lokasi favorit untuk para investor dalam maupun luar negeri?

Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal, Mahendra Siregar, di Jakarta, Kamis 24 April 2014 menyebutkan, realisasi PMDN kuartal pertama tahun ini mencapai Rp34,6 triliun. Nilai itu terbagi dua yakni Rp27,6 triliun investasi baru dan Rp7 triliun investasi perluasan.
Sementara, PMA tercatat Rp47,8 triliun investasi baru dan perluasan Rp24,2 triliun. "Total PMA mencapai Rp 72 triliun," kata Mahendra di kantornya, Jakarta.

Jika dirunut berdasarkan lokasinya, Mahendra menjelaskan, investasi itu tersebar di wilayah-wilayah seluruh Indonesia. PMDN tertinggi ada di Jakarta dengan nilai Rp8,3 triliun.

Selanjutnya, penerima PMDN terbesar lainnya adalah Jawa Barat Rp8,1 triliun, Jawa Timur Rp7,7 triliun, Jawa Tengah Rp3,3 triliun, dan Kalimantan Barat sebesar Rp1,6 triliun.

Bagi investor asing, dia menjelaskan, lokasi favorit untuk menanamkan modal adalah di Jawa Barat senilai US$1,8 miliar, diikuti oleh Kalimantan Timur US$800 juta, Riau US$600 juta, Banten US$600 juta, dan DKI Jakarta senilai US$400 juta.

Mahendra menambahkan, jika diklasifikasikan berdasarkan sektor usaha, investasi kuartal pertama PMDN didominasi sektor listrik, gas dan air. Sementara itu, investasi PMA lebih dikontribusi dari sektor pertambangan, industri makanan, alat angkutan dan transportasi, tanaman pangan dan perkebunan, serta industri kertas.
